Art and Healing at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN

“Surviving Tsunami Waves: the Exhibition of Resilience through Arts and Narrative,” sponsored by the Mayo Clinic’s Dolores Jean Lavins Center for Humanities in Medicine, Rochester Art Center (RAC) and University of Minnesota Rochester (UMR) was held in March 2015. The pieces of Senninbari Project were displayed during ten days at Mayo Clinic, RAC and UMR. Additionally, the role of art, community engagement and narrative was explored through various activities such as lectures, presentations and workshops offered by experts, artists and writers.
